Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Age: 22 – 35 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-Level, A-Level, or fluent English speakers are eligible)
∎ Must be willing to work night shifts
∎ Availability for a probation period of 3 to 6 months, based on performance
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English, handling both positive and negative situations
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to multitask
∎ Professional, courteous demeanor with proper phone etiquette
∎ Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
∎ Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team
∎ Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
∎ Ability to engage with a diverse group of people
∎ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
∎ Prior experience in call centers, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred

∎ 🔹 Educational Requirements: O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ 🔹 Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 08:00 AM Bangladesh Time, to align with business hours in USA & Canada)
∎ 🔹 Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience

∎ 🗃 Accurately record all customer interactions in the call center database
∎ 🎯 Meet personal and team-based performance targets
