Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant from English Medium background are preferable.
∎ 'O' Level, 'A' Level or Graduate/ Post Graduate student with good English skill is also encouraged to Apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Please Don't Apply if you are not fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service related questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Open customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ Maintain customer records by updating account information.
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
∎ Accomplish excellent customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Analysis customer queries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Supporting Online Consultancy and Reservation Booking procedure for International Clients is a major responsibility to handle with.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer & Internet Skills.
∎ Customer Service Experience

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekly 2 Holidays (Saturday, Sunday)
∎ Yearly two Festival Bonus for permanent employee which will be equivalent to 50% of salary.
