Educational Requirements:
∎ O Level, A Level, Graduation, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ English Medium is our preferred but not mandatory. If you can speak English fluently like native English speakers and have ability to overcome any obstacles with instant decisions then you may apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking highly energetic telesales experts.
∎ Candidates must have to be fluent in speaking in English.
∎ Evening shift (2 pm to 10 pm), Night shift (10 pm to 6 am)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ International telesales / telemarketing.
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/Europe customers in a timely manner to sell our services.
∎ Candidates should have ability to make instant decision and assist them further.
∎ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all effective tasks in our database in an intelligible way.
∎ Meet individuals/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Must be focus on setting an appointment for further discussion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Call Center, Customer Care, Telemarketing
∎ Excellent communication skill and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Flexibility to work till late and overnight shifting minimum 3 days a week.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a conversation.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Two festival bonus after provision periods
∎ Tea, snacks, (launch only for evening shift).
