Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, A Level, O Level
∎ The Applicant Must be fluent in English
∎ Students of Private Universities are welcome to apply as well
∎ Students of O/A levels are also wecome to apply
∎ American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,North South University,BRAC University,United International University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, Fluent in speaking English, Telemarketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls and set appointments with potential clients.
∎ Follow instructions and be a quick learner
∎ Strong communication skills along with active listening.
∎ Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic computing.
∎ Experienced in sales and marketing or customer service is a plus.
∎ Ability to work at night shift
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English (spoken).
∎ MS Word & Excel.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Self Motivated.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on the Call Centre Experience and English speaking skill.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
