∎ Must be fluent in English and have good skill in computer
∎ 1 year of experience in a call center is preferable.
∎ Candidate must have excellent communication skill in English Language and Basic computing knowledge with good typing skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Shift: Night Shifts Only (4 nights in a week)
∎ Shift Start From: 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
∎ Customer Service over the phone.
∎ Managing communication with clients via Email and WhatsApp
∎ Communicating with other offices
∎ Working with other colleagues.
∎ We are a UK based Call Centre. We are looking for the right person to join our international National Call Centre team as a Customer Service Representative.
∎ The ideal candidate must be fluent in English communication, have good computer skills, and good team player. A minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Centre is preferable.
