Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA (Not mandatory).
∎ If you are good in English and have no thick accent then we don't care about your background and educational qualifications.
∎ Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MCA Campaign
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Context:
∎ Please don`t apply if you have no experience in MCA Campaign.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and be able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM).
∎ Job Location: House 531, Road 12, Adabor, Dhaka 1207

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Taking outbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 18 to 35 years.
∎ USA based MCA campaign experienced candidate will get appointment without any training.
∎ Applicants having 1 year of working experience in any International Call Center are preferred with attractive remuneration packages.
∎ Experienced in campaigning of MCA, Janitorial / carpet cleaning, Air duct will get preference.
∎ Experience in BPO industry will get preference.
∎ Must be good and fluent in English Speaking.
∎ Able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM).
∎ Selected candidates will go through a training session of 5-7 days

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Market standard salary will be provided for experienced agents. We provide Salary on hourly basis.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer will get preference to Join as Team Leader.
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance.
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize.
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly.
∎ Attractive Sales Bonus (an agent can earn up to Tk 10,000 as sales bonus).
∎ Attendance bonus (Tk 1,000 per month) from 1st month.
∎ Bonus: 2 festival bonus.
∎ Transport allowance Tk 1,000 will be provided from 2nd month.
∎ Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday).
∎ Salary review in every 6 months.
∎ Special facilities for Students.
∎ Unlimited Tea/Coffee.
∎ Others benefit as per company policy
