∎ A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift. Females are highly encouraged to apply who have experience in any international call center for work from home.
∎ For Home office : Anywhere in Bangladesh, Dhaka Division is preferred
∎ For on-site employees : Mirpur, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada and Australian customers
∎ Setting up appointment and generating Telesales in USA, Canada and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound calls per day using auto dialer to achieve targeted sales
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Freshers are highly encouraging to apply
∎ USA based MCA campaign experienced candidate will get appointment without any training
∎ Applicants having 1 year of working experience in any International Call Center are preferred
∎ Experienced in campaigning of MCA, Janitorial, Air duct will get preference
∎ Experience in BPO industry will get preference
∎ Must be good in English Speaking
∎ Telemarketing Service
∎ Able to work at night shift
Salary:
∎ Market standard salary structure will be offered considering the competencies starts from Taka 12,000 to 25,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Sales Bonus (an agent can earn up to Tk 10,000 as sales bonus)
∎ Attendance bonus (Tk 1,000 per month)
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 in a year
∎ Free Dinner Facilities
∎ Transport allowance will be provided after provision period
∎ Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)
∎ Salary review in every 6 months
∎ Others benefit as per company policy
