Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level
∎ O level/ A level/ HSC/ BBA background necessary.
∎ Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

∎ Skills Required: BPO, Call Center, Financial/ Banking service, IT Support Service, Sales Marketing, Telecommunication Service, telesales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
∎ Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8PM - 5AM)
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six month employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situations.
∎ Excellent Communication skill over the phone with customers in appropriate English.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
