Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must speak English fluently in the working time.
∎ Candidates have to give their best to talk and negotiate with the European clients.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer's enquirers, selling services over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Candidates have fluent in English and have No thick Accent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of three months Probation Period.
∎ Able to speak fluently in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
