∎ HSC/ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Majhirghat, Chattogram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our customers, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Sales & marketing with customers by over phones, send mail to customers and Check return emails
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to US/ Canada and UK to sell our product or services.
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Fluent in English
∎ O level or A level background will get priority.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Experience in International Call Center will get priority.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
