Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collect potential international client leads.
• Communicate with overseas companies via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Introduce and promote Bangladesh workforce supply services to international employers.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and employers.
• Assist management in achieving international business development targets.
