Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Master's in Business Administration will be appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing approved Purchase Requisition (PR) for ordering food and catering services either from Frame Work Agreement (FWA) or by collecting quotations.
∎ Supporting to ensure every procurement is initiated comprehensively and dully approved for Purchase Requisition (PR).
∎ Preparing Purchase Order (PO) for food and catering and getting approval from appropriate authorities.
∎ Following and monitoring delivery of all foods to the appropriate delivery location on a regular basis with suppliers.
∎ Consolidateing all PR of similar items and issue PO accordingly to minimize time and effort.
∎ Managing day-to-day supplier relationships for assigned commodities.
∎ Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Ensuring Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Consumer Master Lists are received on time.
∎ Preparing Payment Requests and making sure that all documents are attached as per the payment checklist and forwarded for approval.
∎ Ensuring suppliers/vendors are paid on time against the right quantity received by WV.
∎ Maintaining complete updated purchasing records/data with pricing.
∎ Carrying out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply. Deliberate intention to develop career in Supply Chain & Procurement management.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
