Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the processing of customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage order fulfillment.
∎ Maintain effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners and clients.
∎ Preparing any documentation required for both the transport & export of our technologies according to the specific destination and payment methods.
∎ Provide assistance in day-to-day administrative tasks.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for information gathering and documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
