Job Context:
∎ Calling all ambitious e-Commerce enthusiasts!
∎ We are seeking a superstar e-commerce intern to join our team and help keep our online stores looking fly! As a mass momentum marketing e-com intern, you`ll assist our e-commerce team with the merchandising vision for e-Commerce sites by supporting execution of new strategies and daily responsibilities. You`ll report to the Team Leader and must be based in Dhaka. Our ideal candidate is super tech savvy. If you have great attention to detail and a visionary attitude, you might just be the one we`re looking for!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive reading and learning the eSheBee Model and its operational procedure
∎ Participating in the e-commerce training
∎ Perform the following day to day activities:
∎ Helps manage product life cycle from beginning to end
∎ Uploads, reviews, and validates all product skus and product pages before going live on site with high level of accuracy- ensures navigation, search, and other website functionalities are running as according to e-commerce strategy
∎ Responsible for finding product imagery from wholesalers for website product pages
∎ Works collaboratively with Team Leader and social media intern to meet goals and objectives
∎ Ability to make thoughtful and strategic decisions based on customer behavior analysis
∎ Assists with execution of markdowns, promotions, and inventory updates online
∎ Monitor website to ensure that all product content is accurately displayed and consistent (image, copy, title, price, color, description etc.)
∎ Owns vendor set up, sku creation, and purchase order creation in accordance with Team Leader mandates
∎ Creates orders with dropshippers - ensure all shipping compliance is met, tracks shipments to ensure timely delivery and reacts proactively to shipment issues
∎ Maintains and organizes all inventory, and make sure it is in stock
∎ Researches and informs concerned team
∎ Provide general administrative support as assigned
∎ Capture the lessons learned and make presentation
∎ Reporting and Internship presentation to the evaluation board
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Minimum of one-year experience of working/ volunteering in an office environment
∎ Positive outlook and willingness to support our team
∎ Great work ethic and strong ability to problem solve
∎ Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
∎ Proficient in Basic ICT usage
∎ Great attention to detail
∎ Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
∎ E-commerce experience preferred
∎ Copyrighting experience a plus
