Job Context:
∎ Looking for an enthusiastic candidate with knowledge of interior designing and capability to supervise multiple sites. The responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance
∎ To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
∎ Ability to plan of work. communicate the planning to workers.
∎ Regular site visit to monitor the project progress. Knowledge of reading drawings. Analytical thinking. Problem solving orientation and communication abilities with workers. Reporting of progress to Superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
