Job Context:
∎ Full time on site, office work job.
∎ With initial contract of 4 month. After evaluation of 4 months on satisfactory performance your job will be permanent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to have the ability to Monitor and evaluate all projects and sound decision with accordance to company policy.
∎ Communicate with labor, vendors and contractor and collaborate their work according to design instruction.
∎ Ability to read 2D & 3D design with dimension, ensure construction work as per design.
∎ Set priority of work, manage site engineers accordingly.
∎ Minimal Factory management.
∎ Ensure site (on site) measurement, fitting, delivery issues (entry, stair, lobby, electric connections etc. measurements)
∎ Monitor and regulate product QC in different stages
∎ Maintain Minimal WhatsApp groups & update regularly
∎ Rework Management
∎ Create Project timeline (Gantt chart) and project budgeting.

∎ Age at least 26 years
