Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ • Client meeting & excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ • Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
∎ • Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ • Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ • Have the passion about green architecture.
∎ • Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ • Coordinate with other departments.
∎ • Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ • Can work under pressure.
∎ • Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation.
∎ • Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
∎ • Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
∎ • Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Max,v-ray, Lumion and Photoshop.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 20 to 40 years
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ • Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design
∎ • Sound knowledge in modern Architecture and Interior Design, drawing and must have
∎ • interior related materials idea.
∎ • Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
∎ • Attend Client Meeting.
∎ • Auto cad
∎ • 3D Studio Max / Sketch up.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
