Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture in Interior Design.
∎ Diploma in Architecture with excellent proficiency in 3D Studio Max can apply for the post.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare 3D design as per the instruction on customer needs or marketing team.
∎ Fluency in 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD 2D, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Suit,V-Ray, Revit etc.
∎ Creating realistic 3D models and working drawing by computer-aided design
∎ (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max with V-Ray Render and Photoshop).
∎ Ability to take responsibility for own work and deliver to tight deadline.
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief".
∎ Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plan.
∎ To monitor, supervise and any other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD 2D, Sketch Up Lumion, Adobe Suit, V-Ray, Revit etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Firm.
∎ The candidate should have:
∎ Candidate must be capable to be work with under pressure.
∎ Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Studio Max, Auto CAD 2D, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Suit, V-Ray, Revit etc.);
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Great interpersonal skills (supportive attitude, eager to learn) & creativity;
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
