∎ We are looking for a 3D Visualizer.
∎ To join our team, we're looking for a qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable 3D Visualizer
∎ Creating architectural and Interior 3D visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings.
∎ Software knowledge: AutoCad, 3d Studio Max,v-ray, sketch up, lumion, Other 3d
∎ Software, Office & Graphics Software
∎ Photoshop, Illustrator will be additional job requirements.
∎ Free hand drawing, painting knowledge will add extra quality
∎ Excellent technical skills in 3D MAX, Lumion, Sketch up, Photoshop.
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors.
∎ Fulfilling other related works/responsibilities concerned to the creative department in order to support the team.
∎ Prepares detailed 2D/ 3D models and drawings of architectural designs and plans for single and multifamily buildings using Auto CAD and sketch up.
∎ Estimating time to complete tasks and delivering on deadline.
∎ Any other job relating to as assigned by management from time to time
