Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Arch/ BA (HONS) in Interior Architects/ Diploma in Interior Design.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of management.
∎ Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD,
∎ 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & amp Drawing.
∎ Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.
∎ Creating 3D models and renders for residential, commercial, hospital, restaurant, landscape, etc. interiors and exteriors works.
∎ Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.
∎ Understand the client's requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.
∎ Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Develop ideas according building's usage and environmental impact and according budget.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines.
∎ Other work as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is necessary.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Interior & Exterior Firm/ 3D visualize
∎ Strong Knowledge in Interior & Exterior design, construction materials & measurement.
∎ Excellent communication skills with sense in colors and visualizations.
∎ Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and communication skills.
∎ Should be able to design and present design in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D studio Max, V-Ray and 3D drawing software and capable to making animation using Lumion or other similar tools.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work within deadline.
