Position : Architect Officer

Location: Aftabnagar  , Dhaka

Salary.   : Negotiable

Employment Type: Full-time

Education :

* Diploma in Architect/Interior Designer

Experience : 1 to 2years ( Fresher’s can apply)

Skills & Expertise:

Autocad, 3D Studio Max /SketchUp, Lumino.

Yearly :

1. Weekly holiday 1-day

2. Govt. holiday as per govt. rules.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design & Concept Development: Lead interior design projects from concept through completion with a strong aesthetic sensibility.

2. Contemporary global design trends suited for local and client-specific contexts.

3. Develop concept boards, material palettes, mood board presentations and high-impact visual presentations.

4. The candidate will demonstrate a strong balance between innovative design thinking, technical execution, and leadership qualities.

5. Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations.

6. BOQ and material specifications aligned with design and budgetary goals.

7. The candidate have to understand the needs of the clients and handle them in a smart way.
