∎ Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day to day operations of the Site
∎ Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
∎ To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
∎ Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
∎ Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
∎ Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
∎ Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
∎ Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
∎ Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
∎ Qualification and Experience
∎ Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality.
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
∎ Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
∎ Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
