Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared BOQ and work schedule
∎ All running work monitoring
∎ Check material quantity for purchase and wastage control.
∎ Final quantity and bill check
∎ Final bill submission
Additional Requirements:
∎ Workplace Office and project location
∎ Will be responsible for top level supervision & coordination of site work.
∎ Handle sub-contractor, consultant and client.
∎ Have to ensure overall quality of the construction work.
∎ Prepare measurement book & other site related documentation.
∎ Will be responsible for Coordination drawing like electric, plumbing, HVAC and others.
∎ Have to take responsibilities to solve all the site related issues after coordinating with appropriate authority and client.
∎ To ensure all the work as per drawing, design & specification.
∎ To maintain time & workmanship to complete the project at schedule time.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
