Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Design Architect to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior spaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software, understand space planning and material selection, and be able to translate client requirements into high-quality design concepts and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D visualizations.
Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed technical drawings.
Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design and rendering software.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, timelines, and applicable safety standards.
Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and support quality control during implementation.
Maintain design documentation and project files.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of space planning, interior materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and prepare technical documentation.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Experience
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply.
Relevant professional experience in interior design or architectural projects will be an advantage.
