∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge in lighting design like, Facade Lighting, Indoor, Outdoor & Landscape lighting.
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Project Operation & CSD (Customer Service Department) as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Candidate should extensively investigate client's requirements and should be able to convince them to buy your idea.
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design & product related issues & convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customer's need.
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers and make sure that the client likes the design & product.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Ability to submit planning, budgeting and interpretation of quotation.
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ Submit data and management report on time & perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D, 3D Studio Max, Interior Design.
∎ Preferred experience in DiaLux, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer systems and common software.
∎ Able to work independently & Good communication skills.
∎ Smart & Well Communicative & fluent in both English & Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated & Positive attitude to work under pressure and able to meet goals.

Salary: Negotiable
