Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)/ Bachelor of Interior Architecture.
∎ Diploma in Architecture also can apply if experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client meeting.
∎ Site visit.
∎ Site measurement.
∎ Prepare design presentation as per client requirements.
∎ Prepare quotation as per design.
∎ Working drawing as per design.
∎ Handover the drawing to the site contractor.
∎ Supervise the project, work is going as per the client's demand and design drawing. Candidate must have the ability to finish the whole project from beginning to end
∎ Software Requirements: Auto desk 3d max or good SketchUp modeling with Vray render.
∎ Must have good knowledge of interior materials.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Good knowledge of computer basic software like MS and other Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Flexible with work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Site work experience will be mostly considered here.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Interior Design.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior and Exterior Design farm.
∎ Must have a creative and innovative mindset.
∎ Good expertise in project presentation and client dealings.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 35000 (Monthly)
