∎ At least 1 year of practical experience in tailoring and hand stitching, including garment production or similar work.
∎ Experience in training or mentoring individuals, particularly women and youth in low-resource settings, is highly desirable.
∎ Expertise in tailoring techniques such as pattern making, fabric cutting and hand stitching.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage participants effectively.
∎ Ability to deliver training to participants with diverse learning needs, including those with low literacy levels.
∎ Knowledge of quality control standards and market requirements for tailored products.

∎ Location of posting: Ukhiya/Teknaf
∎ Type of contract: Fixed term contract
∎ Duration of Contract: Up to 31 December 2025 (if not extended)
