Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and visitors regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and program details.
∎ Provide accurate information through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
∎ Assist in organizing and conducting admission-related events such as open houses, admission fairs, and orientation sessions.
∎ Assist applicants in completing admission forms and ensure all required documents are submitted.
∎ Verify and organize admission applications and related paperwork.
∎ Maintain digital and physical records of applicants and enrolled students.
∎ Update and maintain the admission database with applicant details, status updates, and admission decisions.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling student records.
∎ Generate reports and statistics on admission trends and applicant demographics.
∎ Support the Admission Office in distributing promotional materials and brochures to prospective students.
∎ Assist in updating admission-related content on the university website and social media platforms.
∎ Participate in university events and outreach programs to promote admissions.
∎ Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for prospective students and admission staff.
∎ Coordinate with other university departments to provide necessary information to students.
∎ Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and correspondence handling.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Information Support Assistant is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding the university’s admission process, programs, and requirements. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining admission records, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the Admission Office.
∎ Major Responsibilities
∎ Information Support & Communication:
