Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC. / M.SC. IN INDUSTRIAL & PRODUCTION ENGINEERING FROM ANY REPUTED UNIVERSITY.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
∎ Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
∎ Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
∎ Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Improve the efficiency of each production process.
∎ Evaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
∎ Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only Males are encouraged to apply.
∎ At least 2 to 3 years' experience in relevant position in reputed Pharmaceutical and manufacturing Industries.
∎ Sound knowledge in R & D.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.
∎ Experience with CAD software and Alphacam/ Mastercam.
∎ Proven experience in the Engineering / Production fields.
∎ Strong leadership abilities.
∎ OTHER THAN INDUSTRIAL & PRODUCTION ENGINEER SHOULD NOT APPLY.
