∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise line feeding system and others SOP related IE activities as well as compliance
∎ Preparing daily production reports
∎ Extend work measurement in processes like SFG, manual preparation areas etc.
∎ Monitoring direct labor cost
∎ Data analysis and keeping track of monthly KPIs.
∎ Analysis of the production loss time & initiate root cause analysis to reduce NPT
∎ Preparing monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation
∎ Time study and updating time study database including videos on a constant basis
∎ Research on motion study and implementing systems to eliminate excess motion
∎ Research on new machinery and the latest systems that meet company's long-term goal.
∎ Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for the scope of implementation.
∎ Monitor operator's capacity, capability & handling issues
∎ Create team with subordinates & train them regarding the company's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate in IPE
∎ Willing to travel all across Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
