Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Refine the material and product classification system with international standards codification and ERP Implementation.
∎ Review all documents carrying product information for international versions.
∎ Create a database containing bags groups, parts and all naming standards.
∎ Create a paper pattern codification system for international understanding.
∎ Review the OB Forms and implement time calculation standards.
∎ Redefine the production schedule, efficiency calculation and line balancing standards.
∎ Set up the cutting room process flow and create cut order planning forms.
∎ Implement a multilevel BOM with international codification system (Including eBOM, sBOM, and mBOM).
∎ Implement the PLM system for product and BOM versioning.
∎ Set up the work study department.
∎ Implement LEAN tools (Kanban, Kaizen, 6s, etc.).
∎ Ensure training and follow up of the processes.

∎ Job Location: In China, Guangzhou (Head office).
