Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc. in EEE/ ME/ IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, Process Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluation of existing production target and fix a new production target.
∎ Extend work measurement in other processes like SFG areas, manual preparation areas etc.
∎ Constant control of direct labor cost.
∎ Data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPIs.
∎ Analysis of the production loss time & initiate root cause analysis to reduce NPT.
∎ Preparing daily production reports, Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation.
∎ Time study and updating time study database including videos on a constant basis.
∎ Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions.
∎ Research on new machinery and the latest systems that meet company’s long term goal.
∎ Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for the scope of implementation.
∎ Any other work assigned by HOD/ In-Charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having Knowledge in IE.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean etc. types of methodology.
∎ In depth understanding of technical issues.
∎ Should have strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Should have high level of professional integrity.
