Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify & oversee the implementation of process improvement activities for production, Industrial engineering & Work Study to minimize the non-value-added time of value-stream processes
∎ Provide feedback whilst, recommend training initiatives and developing the employees capabilities to meet current and future business requirements
∎ Ensure strict adherence to the cultural changes through MOS principles / 6S processes / Standardization procedures to eliminate waste, minimize cost and establish lean manufacturing concepts
∎ Facilitate management decision making by evaluating and advising on the ROI with regard to production technology
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Vast Knowledge in industrial engineering in large Group of Company.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & other IT related software.
∎ Good interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivator with strong communication skills, ability to work independently & train others, proactive, committed, good team player with a positive attitude
∎ Multi Skills, Lean knowledge and experience in practicing is mandatory
Salary:
