Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for sending the patient for the appropriate investigation as directed by the primary consultant and also for authorizing urgent investigations
∎ Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and IPD Management.
∎ Ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
∎ Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
∎ Supervising and mentoring the healthcare professionals in collaboration with the consultants.
∎ Responsible for providing adequate treatment to the patient as advised and checking the dosage, frequency, and route of administration of all medications, considering all precautions.
∎ Report to senior management and liaise with administrative and medical staff.
∎ Ensuring consistency and accuracy in medical record-keeping practice.
