Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the logistic team ensuring 360-degree services from all the sectors of transport management segments of the organization.
∎ Review & reconcile the transportation cost & recommend the overall cost as well.
∎ Liaise with the traffic department, BRTA and civil government administration for smooth transport operations.
∎ Ensure total quality management of vehicle maintenance by following proper procedures.
∎ Ensure proper usage and distribution of tyre, battery & lubricant as per the requirement.
∎ Execute proper management of the pool vehicles as well as employee car services.
∎ Execute proper billing procedure in designated software & keep the records updated on weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Conduct the overall hiring & training process of the drivers efficiently as per the demand.
∎ Generate vehicle management/maintenance reports periodically as required.
∎ Ensure updated documentation related to fleet management, settled cases & look after accidental issues & insurance claims.
∎ Execute the other related activities assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Customer Centric service ensuring mindset.
∎ 7-10 years of experience in dealing with vehicle management processes of pharmaceuticals/ manufacturing companies.
