∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory or Store or Warehouse, QA, Stock Management

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for driven and experienced people, who will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager, to organize and oversee the daily inbound operation of our warehouses. The successful candidate will ensure that our operations are well-coordinated and productive by managing the overall inbound process & QA.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Unload or unpack shipment of the products
∎ Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
∎ Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork
∎ Scanning and sorting incoming stock
∎ Stocking, and stacking by maintaining FEFO and FIFO
∎ Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
∎ Help the warehouse in charges for cycle count
∎ Return damaged products to senders
∎ Communicate with vendor, Category team for receiving and return management
∎ Maintaining 5S for shelving and for the stocked goods
∎ Maintains a clean, neat, and receiving ready area.
∎ Check the receiving quality of incoming products
∎ Prepare the QA report for incoming goods
∎ Check the quality of the inbounded products in shelves and freezers daily
∎ Rejection and Non conformed product zone management along with reporting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic math and organization skills
∎ Detail-oriented mindset
∎ Data entry and computer skills
∎ Ability to work on feet for long hours.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
∎ Experience in shipping & receiving products
