∎ Econ Sourcing, a prominent IT firm serving clients based in the UK with the brand name Coding Wallet, is seeking some enthusiastic, fluent in English reading-writing and speaking skilled people along with the following skills :
∎ Fluent in English & Telesales, Hardworking, Experienced and willing to work at Night Shifts to match the UK time zone.
∎ Having experience in inbound & outbound telemarketing in international call center company.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skill
∎ Job Location-Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka (Work from Home can be provided for most suitable candidate)
∎ Inbound Call Center Executive During UK Time Zone
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to respond to inbound customer calls & WhatsApp Chats mostly from UK (from 2:00 PM to 4:00 AM) in professional English tone.
∎ Strong googling skill to answer customer's query instantly
∎ Need to have very fluent chatting response skill in UK English
∎ Read and analyse the document shared by the client and categorize
∎ Required good writing and proofreading skills in different styles and tones.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills in English, grammatically flawless and informative content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Good Salesmanship, Blogging, Copy Writing / Script Writing, Creative writing, Virtual Assistance to convince customers
∎ Minimum 02 years of Experience in international call centre/digital marketing firm/Research firm
∎ Very high English communication skills (Especially Speaking & Written).
∎ Having the mentality to work at night shift from home for matching with the UK time zone.
∎ Candidates with digital marketing or IT firm's sales experience will get preferences
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
Basic Fixed salary + Sales Bonus,
Sales incentives, monthly performance bonus and employee of the month Bonus. Opportunity to grow / get promotion by quality and performance.
