Job Context:
∎ Genex Cycles Limited is a start- up limited company in the field of environment friendly modern green mobility.
∎ To establish seamless factory set up, manufacturing plant and installation of machinery, high grade production level, component development and business profitability of pedaled and electric cycles.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspect of new factory set up, machinery installation in line with model specifications, designing, modern technical inputs on basic power train, braking system ,vehicle integration for higher efficiency level , homologation compliance , assembly and production of electric and pedaled bicycles including motor technology , controller and charging systems.
∎ Handle electric and pedaled two wheeler designing, integration, testing and production.
∎ To impart training to all team members on various technology up gradations of electric and pedaled cycles ,power train, controller and technology for shifting from octane to environment friendly pedaled and electric cycles.
∎ Technical plan & strategies for production, quality, supply chain, after sales service of electric and pedaled cycles.
∎ Monitor and analyze technical data and prepare reports or statement for production.
∎ Establish and enforce proper production methods, polices & principles.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Two wheeler - technical support for assembling, Production Management & Administration.
∎ Experience of start -up company in putting up two wheeler factory, technological collaboration, production and assembly line and homologation compliance of vehicles.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Any start -up company in two wheelers in putting up the entire factory assembly unit and compliance and high track record of increasing productivity.
∎ Age 48 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Any two wheeler start up and productivity.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House Rent Conveyance Medical allowance,
∎ Salary Review: Yearly if necessary
