Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging mobilization and site preparatory works for any renovation works.
∎ Collecting all working drawings and specifications from Head Office.
∎ Making work schedule and getting contractors from the concerned personnel.
∎ Setting up work supervision management system.
∎ Identifying faulty works and workmanship and taking corrective action.
∎ Preparation contractor's bills and certifying those.
∎ Taking proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures a necessary.
∎ To establish safety and security requirements for the construction process.
∎ To check the stacking and storage of materials in various stores of the site with neatness.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to faults as identified.
∎ Walk through building spaces regularly to check for any irregularities and cleanliness.
∎ Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting, aluminum and carpentry as required.
∎ Monitor building exteriors for garbage, sweep lots and walks as needed.
∎ Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed.
∎ Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving.
∎ Report any facility problems to immediate supervisor.
∎ Monitor and oversee all aspects of the physical maintenance of property.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD
