Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office Cleaning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of areas to ensure cleaning.
∎ Ensure that each member of cleaning team understands the organization’s cleaning procedure.
∎ Recognizing areas that need to be cleaned, and assigning such areas to specific members.
∎ Develop and implement cleaning systems and procedures.
∎ Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping and Place orders for new cleaning equipment.
∎ Create schedule/roaster every day/week that shows who is assigned to clean which areas.
∎ Responsible for inspecting the work of housekeeping staff to make sure it meets organization standards.
∎ Creating requisition of cleaning items to store in software.
∎ Communicating with various head of the department to solve cleaning issues.
∎ Arranging training to develop cleaning personnel.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by superior time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Proven experience as a cleaning personnel.
∎ Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
∎ Excellent communication and Teamwork skills.
∎ Integrity and professional ethics.

Salary: Negotiable
