∎ Use of an evidence based approach to gather information from a wide range of sources and viewpoints, analysis and evaluation and reaching sound conclusions in order to propose constructive solutions.
∎ An ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent IT skills (MS Office), particularly Excel.
