Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
∎ Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU/NICU nurse
∎ Knowledge of critical care practices, procedures, and protocols
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
∎ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital Nurse, ICU, ICU NICU Nursing, NICU PICU
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Clinic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and care for critically ill patients in the ICU/NICU
∎ Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
∎ Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care
∎ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
∎ Operate and monitor medical equipment, such as ventilators, monitors, and IV pumps
∎ Counseling patients and their families on their conditions and care plans
∎ Maintain accurate patient records and charting
∎ Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions as necessary
∎ Follow infection control and safety protocols
∎ Participate in continuing education and training to maintain knowledge and skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
