Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
∎ Creating an HR policy for the start up organization and ensuring employee benefits.
∎ Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
∎ Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
∎ Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
∎ Monitor and continuously reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
∎ Other HR related issues for an e-commerce mostly the corporate communication.
∎ Tech Savvy and fluent in modern forms of communications.
