Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders
∎ Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment
∎ Process and manage customer return efficiently
∎ Collaborate with the FM return to facilitate the return of undelivered packages
∎ Supervise daily operations at the hub, including sorting, dispatching, and inventory management
∎ Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries
∎ Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department
∎ Foster strong relationships with other departments, including Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
∎ Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities for team members
∎ Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence
