Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial and Production Engineering.
∎ M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering and Lead Audition Course (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 1400:1) are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute safety process of LPG plant through regular inspection of operational equipment.
∎ To ensure the overall operational safety and monitor all operational & maintenance activities including bulk loading/uploading, storage tank, pipeline, compressor, pumps, barge and road tankers.
∎ To monitor and ensure availability, performance of firefighting protection & detection system.
∎ To conduct hazard identification & risk assessment to mitigate & prevent hazards, associated risks with it and establish a culture of accident free organization.
∎ To review accidental accidents, near miss events, injuries and implement corrective action measures.
∎ To conducts fire drill, community engagement in emergency situation and train workforce on emergency response plan.
∎ To Conduct HSE training, fire drill and build a safety culture and a competent safety team.
∎ To conduct monthly safety audit and prepare different safety reports.
∎ To maintain all required safety logs, check sheets for operational & maintenance activities.
∎ To comply with all legal requirement (Govt. & stakeholders) and implement all the standard certification requirements.
∎ To ensure that visitors and contractor personnel comply with plants health, safety and environmental requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both written and verbal
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel (Advanced Level)
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Adaptability
