Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
∎ Support onboarding activities, including document collection, induction sessions, and new hire orientation.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
∎ Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
∎ Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
∎ Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
∎ Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
∎ Support other HR functions as needed.
