∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
∎ Updating internal databases with new hire information. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
∎ Ensure day to day smooth functioning of organizational operations and management.
∎ Perform general administration and logistic services.
∎ Ensure, maintain and documentize organizational assets and legal matters.
∎ Maintain external and internal events and relationships.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
