Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Finding new business opportunities and identifying company problems; taking proactive steps and initiatives.
- Recruitment & training of new staff, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Preparing appointment letters & office ID cards.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Developing performance goals and evaluating staff performance.
- Overseeing daily operations of HR/Admin teams.
- Monthly reporting to top management.
- Managing departmental budgets and financial monitoring.
- Maintaining monthly work rosters, weekly leave, evaluating performance, overtime, bonus, increments, and penalties.
- Handling renewal of licenses and ensuring compliance with BTRC, NBR, City Corporation, etc.
- Inventory control and regular updates.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
