Responsibilities & Context:
  • Finding new business opportunities and identifying company problems; taking proactive steps and initiatives.
  • Recruitment & training of new staff, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Preparing appointment letters & office ID cards.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Developing performance goals and evaluating staff performance.
  • Overseeing daily operations of HR/Admin teams.
  • Monthly reporting to top management.
  • Managing departmental budgets and financial monitoring.
  • Maintaining monthly work rosters, weekly leave, evaluating performance, overtime, bonus, increments, and penalties.
  • Handling renewal of licenses and ensuring compliance with BTRC, NBR, City Corporation, etc.
  • Inventory control and regular updates.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
