Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description:
∎ Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement annual HR and administrative strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
∎ Policy Compliance & Implementation: Ensure strict adherence to all HR and administrative policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
∎ HR Operations Management: Oversee core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, HR Information Systems (HRIS), talent management, performance management, manpower planning, and succession planning.
∎ Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage the HR & Admin team by assigning tasks, ensuring collaboration, and following up on key initiatives.Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Promote HR programs that foster a positive, efficient, and conflict-free work environment.
∎ Performance & Reward Management: Design and implement a robust performance management system and establish a reward culture that recognizes and motivates employees based on merit
∎ Administrative Oversight: Supervise and enhance administrative functions to support business operations effectively.
∎ Other Duties: Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
