∎ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
∎ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
∎ Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (a plus).
∎ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, orientation, and training for new hires.
∎ Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
∎ Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
∎ Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
∎ Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth office operations.
∎ Handle document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving important records.
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
